For a small job that involves cleaning 2 to 4 rooms, it usually takes us about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the cleaning process. However, for larger jobs that involve 5 or more rooms, we typically take between 3 to 4 hours. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies that prioritize speed, our goal is to take our time and ensure that your carpets are thoroughly cleaned. We believe in providing a high-quality service that leaves your carpets looking and feeling fresh and clean.

The drying time of your carpet can vary between 6 to 8 hours depending on several factors such as temperature, humidity, thickness of the carpet and ventilation. Although we finish the job, you can walk on your carpet immediately after the cleaning process. However, be cautious not to slip when transitioning from damp carpet onto a hard surface.

We use environmentally friendly, pet and kid-safe cleaning products, consistent with industry standards and manufacturer recommendations.

We are happy to help you move your light furniture such as small tables and chairs, but we cannot move heavy furniture such as sofas, dressers, beds, cabinets, electronics, pianos, and heavy items that may cause harm to our technicians or damage to your property.

There is a common misunderstanding about carpet protection. It will not stop your carpet from getting dirty, but it will help in extending the life of your carpets between cleanings. The main purpose of carpet protection is to safeguard your carpet from permanent stains and to increase the longevity of your carpet fibers.
