Before our equipment ever comes inside, we walk the areas to note everything that affects results, including: food & drink stains, dye transfer, rust, paint, gum, wax; pet urine contamination and odors; traffic lanes and filtration lines; shading, matting, and wear patterns; wicking/prior residue from earlier cleanings; bleach spots and fiber damage (we’ll advise options). Professional Pre-Spray （Power Sprayer）

Neutral-pH, Filtered-Water Rinse

We rinse with a neutral-pH, filtered-water process to remove soils and cleaning agents—not add more. This leaves fibers clean, soft, and residue-free, so your carpets stay cleaner longer and smell fresh instead of perfumery.
